Using Amicus Planning
Amicus Planning provides informational software for US households. Its illustrations are not a complete financial plan, personalized investment recommendation, tax return, legal opinion or instruction to execute a transaction. Using the software does not create an advisory, attorney-client or professional engagement. The service does not execute transactions or monitor your financial accounts.
Assumptions and calculation coverage
Results depend on your inputs and the assumptions shown. They are not guarantees of returns, tax savings or outcomes. Federal, state, healthcare, account and survivor calculations have specific limitations; no jurisdiction has been independently certified for complete financial planning. Review the coverage page and the limitations displayed with each result. Verify the most recent federal, state and local rules with an appropriately qualified professional before acting.
Your account and information
You must be at least 18, reside in the United States and have permission to enter information about your household. Account access currently requires an invitation. Keep your sign-in secure and provide inputs you can verify. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, account numbers or tax documents. You retain your information and may export your saved plan or request deletion.
Free planning and optional services
Household Free includes a saved household, three saved scenarios, manual Roth comparisons and data exports, within the calculation coverage shown. No payment card is required. Optional analytics is not a condition of access. No paid subscription, professional engagement or investment offering is sold through the application. Any paid service would require its own price and terms before purchase. Sending a question does not authorize a professional referral or create an engagement.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another household, bypass access controls, introduce malware, disrupt the service or impersonate another person. Do not redistribute other people’s private information. Reasonable usage limits may protect service availability. Privacy requests and data exports do not require optional analytics permission.
Availability, changes and support
Software and calculations can contain errors, and service may be interrupted. Keep an exported copy of work you need. Features, supported cases and usage limits may change. Material changes to these documents require a new acknowledgment before further account edits. Contact us about calculation errors, account access, privacy or closing your account.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or duties that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable statutory, privacy and fiduciary rights. Questions or complaints about the service can be submitted through our contact form or sent to contact@amicus.ai.
